General Returns Process

30-Day Money Back Guarantee All furniture and accessory purchases are protected by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you change your mind, simply notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can arrange to return the item to our designated depot, and your refund will be processed once we receive the item in the same condition as delivered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 3-5 working days to process.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, you must request within 30 days of receiving your items by first completing the Returns Portal information. The item must be in perfect, saleable condition, in its original packaging, and must not have been assembled, fitted, or modified in any way, no missing parts or damage to internal packaging.

Exceptions The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Assembled / part assembled items

How to Return Items

  1. Complete the return on the Returns Portal. Select, One of the following reasons for return. Damaged or Defective, Missing Parts, Change of Mind, Accidental Order, Wrong Item Received.
  2. If you have selected “Damaged or Defective” or “Missing Parts” you will be notified onscreen to contact us at info@tidyspaces.co.uk as this option has a different returns process and requires support from us.
  3. For options: “Change of Mind”, “Accidental Order” or "Wrong Item Received", Select the option that best meets the return reason and click on a return option.
  4. Return Options: “Store Credit” or “Refund” Select one.
  5. Add Optional Images and Comments (This will help us in the approval process, avoid any further questions and speed up the return.)
  6. Click Continue to move to the next section.
  7. Select shipping method. The options you see will depend on the initial reason for return. Select and click submit Return for approval.
  8. Expect an email to approve the return within 1-2 business days
  9. Package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts are properly packed.
  10. Drop off at a parcel shop, or your carrier of choice location for return to us.

 

Types of shipping available via the Returns Portal:

  • Prepaid shipping Label – TidySpaces arranges and provides a free returns label. (only if a result of our error).
  • Customer pays for shipping Label - Customer Pays for our discounted shipping label from a variety of UK couriers, (cheapest based on weight & size) customer will not be charged until approvals complete.
  • Self-Shipping – Customer arranges and pays for the return to our depot. Return Address details will be issued on approval.

 

Flat Pack Furniture:

In the unlikely event that any items are missing or damaged please email us at info@tidyspaces.co.uk  with images of the part in the manual and the images of the part missing/damaged and we can request replacements form our manufacturer.

Small parts can take up to 7-14 days to reach you. i.e. Screws, fastenings, bolts.

Large parts, i.e. draw fronts, sides, wardrobe doors etc, can take up to 30 days to be shipped from the manufacturer.

We cannot except a return for opened, built, or partially built flat pack furniture but we can provide you replacement parts.

Cancelling your order

If your order hasn't been dispatched, you can cancel it by emailing support@tidyspaces.co.uk. We may ask for feedback to improve our services. If it’s too late to cancel your order, once received follow the returns process above.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds typically take 3-5 working days. PayPal refunds may be processed the same day. Your refund will be processed automatically. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear.   

All Items are inspected before refunds are issued to ensure they are in their original saleable condition.
