Note: Multiple furniture products in the same order may be delivered on different days. In this case you will receive tracking information for each product once available.
Most products require a signature on delivery, if the shipping date does not suit or you know you wont be at home, please use the tracking information provided via email/parcel tracking app, to change your delivery date. DHL will only attempt to deliver twice, XDP will attempt three times before returning to sender. If this happens I may take 5 days longer to reship your product. If you need help rearranging, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
In the unfortunate even the product has to be restocked due to being returned to our warehouse, then a restocking fee/wasted delivery fee of £20.00 will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Some remote areas of the UK may still not be delivered, and if so, we will email you and give full refund.
We are not able to send Oversized Large or fragile items to these postcodes; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26-99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15-78, PH19-50, ZE (all postcodes). You will be notified during checkout if you have selected a large item that cannot be shipped to your location.
Please note that usually we cannot deliver to the following postal codes but does depend on type of product: KW1, KW2, ZE1, ZE2. If you have made a purchase we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified within 24 hours.
